​Veronica Mehno was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she obtained her BS in Economics (Licenciatura en Economía) . In 1995 she moved to the USA and obtained her MBA with a major in Finance from Boston University. Veronica worked on Wall Street from 1997 until 2008. At that point she realized that, as a bilingual English-Spanish speaker, she wanted to explore opportunities in translation and interpreting. In opening LM Language Services agency in January 2009, she drew on her managerial and entrepreneurial skills and understanding of finances. Always a perfectionist, Veronica strives for excellence in her business. She obtained her Certificate in Translation and Interpretation from Hunter College, NY to be able to better assist and cater to her clients’ needs. She further passed the stringent examination and became certified by American Translators Association, ATA, in the English-Spanish language pair. While at Hunter, she established strong relationships in the language community which allowed her to recruit top talent as translators, interpreters and cultural consultants for her agency.
